Felicity Jones is an British actress most popular for playing the role of Jane Hawking in the critically acclaimed film The Theory of Everything. Jones began her acting career at age 12 and worked on numerous TV shows, plays, and films. She began by appearing in The Treasure Seekers, a film on television. Her first film, Flashbacks of a Fool included her in the role of Young Ruth. Since then she has appeared in many films. In films like The Invisible Woman and The Amazing Spider-Man 2 she earned notoriety for her character. The character she portrayed in The Theory of Everything earned her an Oscar nomination for her first. Jones was highly praised by viewers and critics alike as she played Hawking's ex-wife as she appeared in The Theory of Everything, a Stephen Hawking biopic. Inferno, the Tom Hanks thriller was her subsequent film. Jones received an award called the British Artist of year award in 2016 from the British Academy of Film and Television Arts Los Angeles. This was for her incredible talent and contribution towards film.
